Acceptance of Term Of Use
The services that Thai Essence provides to you are subject to the following Terms of Use. Thai Essence reserves the right to update at any time without notice. Through its network of Web properties, Thai Essence provides you with access to a variety of resources. The Services are including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties that are applicable. Unless otherwise specified, these services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, re/distribute, reproduce, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the Services. Any file that is made available to download is the copyrighted work of Thai Essence. Use of the files is governed by the terms of the end user agreement. The files are made available for download solely for use by end users according to the Agreement. Thai Essence Web sites are protected by trade dress, unfair competition, and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from any Thai Essence Web site may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Thai Essence. Any reproduction or redistribution of any file is prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted.
Member account, password and security:
If any of the services requires you to be a member, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Thai Essence immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Thai Essence will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Thai Essence or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.
Use of services:
You agree to use these services only for study, education, send and receive messages and material. You agree that when using these services, you will not: use the information in connection with pyramid schemes, surveys, contests, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative materials; solicit messages, harass, defame, stalk, misuse, abuse, threaten or violate the legal rights of others; upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, obscene, profane, defamatory, indecent or unlawful information that contain images or other material protected by intellectual property laws that including copyright unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consent from both parties.
You shall not upload files that contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another’s computer or property of another. Falsify or delete any copyright management information, such as author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of material contained in a file that is uploaded.
Thai Essence has no obligation to monitor the communication services. However, we reserve the right to review materials posted to the communication services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to terminate your access to any or all of the communication services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
Thai Essence reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as Thai Essence deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in Thai Essence’s sole discretion.
Always use caution when giving out any personally identifiable information about yourself or your children in any communication services. Thai Essence does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any communication services and, therefore, Thai Essence specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the communication services and any actions resulting from your participation in any communication services. Unauthorized Thai Essence spokesperson, his/her views does not necessarily reflect Thai Essence policies.

Unsolicited idea submission policy:
Thai Essence or any of its employees do not accept or consider unsolicited ideas, including ideas for advertising campaigns, new promotions, new products, materials, marketing plans or new product names without a consensus by Thai Essence. Please do not send any original creative artwork, samples, demos, or other works. The sole purpose of this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes when Thai Essence’s products or marketing strategies might seem similar to ideas submitted to Thai Essence. So, please do not send your unsolicited ideas to us. If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas and materials, you still send them, please understand that Thai Essence makes no assurances that your ideas and materials will be treated as confidential or proprietary.
Thai essence does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information from or through the services. Thai essence does not permit or authorize others to use the services to collect, compile or obtain any information about Thai Essence’s customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are Thai Essence’s confidential and proprietary information. Use of the services is also subject to the applicable privacy statement and terms of use.
Thai essence does not permit or authorize any attempt to use the services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of the services, or that could interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any service.
Anti-spam policy:
This statement applies to those Thai Essence websites and services that display or link to. Thai essence prohibits the use of the services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail. You may not use any services to send spam, deliver spam or cause spam to be delivered to any of Thai Essence’s services or customers. Use or contain invalid or forged headers, use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names, employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent. Hiding or obscuring any information in identifying the point of origin or the transmission path is unlawful. Using other means of deceptive addressing, use a third party’s internet domain name or relayed on a third party’s equipment, without permission of the third party, contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content is prohibited. Fail to comply with additional technical standards described violate the applicable terms of use for the services.
If Thai Essence believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. Thai essence may immediately terminate any account on any service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy. Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Thai Essence’s rights. Unauthorized use of the services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.
