Beverages with Thai food
Suggestion for the beverages with Thai food
“White wine with fish and red wine with meat “ rule does not necessarily apply here. Thai food is well balanced in not only tastes but also the portions of food. Thai food does not have a large amount of protein. Good Thai food has it own uniqueness and complexity within each individual dish. Authentic Thai food has great combination of all tastes that is full of flavors that linger. Selecting a white wine for a Thai meal is simply choosing the one that is medium-dry to sweet. Vintner reserved white wines are not recommended. Thai food goes exceptionally good with lighter red wine (not a full-bodied or high alcohol content). All wine selections are based on the input from Thai Essence customers and advice from our staff. There is no bias to any of these wine companies. Keep in mind good food always deserve fine wine. Expensive wines are not necessarily good for great Thai food. Please Enjoy.
